Returns & Exchanges
At Govee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart home lighting and appliances. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the Govee app or website with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included, and drop the package off at the designated carrier.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
