To connect your devices, download the Govee Home app from the App Store or Google Play. Ensure your Bluetooth and Location services are enabled, then tap the '+' icon in the app to search for and pair your new lighting products.

What is the standard shipping time for orders?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.

Do Govee smart lights work with voice assistants like Alexa or Google Home?

Yes, many of our Wi-Fi enabled products are compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for hands-free voice control. Look for the 'Wi-Fi' icon on the product packaging to confirm compatibility.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Can I cut my Govee LED strip lights to a specific length?

Certain models of our LED strip lights can be cut along the designated gold markings. However, please note that RGBIC models (which display multiple colors at once) should not be cut as it will damage the internal circuitry.
